Accurately calculate project deadlines, delivery dates, and notice periods by adding or subtracting working days. Automatically excludes weekends.
Scheduling mistakes can be costly. Whether you're a project manager aiming for a deadline, a lawyer calculating a notice period, or a shopper expecting a delivery, knowing the exact "Business Date" is crucial.
Select the date the period begins. (e.g., Contract signing date)
Enter how many "working days" you need to add.
Standard calendar math is simple: Today + 10 days. But in the professional world, 10 days often means "two work weeks" (14 calendar days).
Currently, this calculator automatically excludes Saturdays and Sundays. Because public holidays vary by country and region, they are not automatically deducted. You should manually add extra days for any known holidays in your region.
Logic suggests that if a project "starts" on a Saturday, no work happens until Monday. Our calculator begins adding days from the start date, but if the start date itself is a non-working day, the count effectively begins on the next business day.
